  • Reiki Therapy
    Reiki is a subtle and effective form of energy healing which brings about healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki is based on the philosophy that there is a universal energy that supports the body's inherent self-healing abilities. Reiki Practitioners seek to access this energy, allowing it to flow to the body and facilitate the healing process.
  • Senior Foot Care
    A trained registered nurse will provide routine toenail care to senior population unable to trim or maintain their toenails independently due to medical and physical needs. Nurse will assess feet and lower legs, soak or wash feet, trim toenails, thin toenails, file toenails, remove calluses, lotion applied to feet and lower legs. Massage feet and lower legs if appropriate. Foot care is recommended every two months or sooner depending on nail growth
  • Prenatal Therapy
    Prenatal massage is Therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles, joints, improves circulation, general body tone and relieves mental and physical fatigue. This gently, non-invasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy. Healing Hands has the: Body Cushion -Body Support System this accommodates a pregnant mother through all stages of pregnancy
  • Sports Massage
    A contemporary Western massage which addresses specific needs of athletes Types: -Swedish massage, cross fiber friction massage, deep compression massage, and trigger point therapy You can receive this massage while training, before or after events; it will help to enhance performance and promote healing post-injury
  • Hot Stone Therapy
    A hot stone massage is a massage that uses smooth, flat, and heated rocks placed at key points on the body or held by the therapist. Stones (usually basalt) are placed into an electric slow-cooker or a purpose-built device which is filled with water. The water is typically heated to 122–127 °F. Once the stones have heated sufficiently, some are placed onto specific points on the body (such as the back, hands, etc.) and others are held by the massage therapist during the massage to loosen and relax the muscle tissue.
  • Trigger Point Massage
    A deep massage in which fingers are used to knead individual muscles, increase blood flow and release "trigger points". Neuromuscular massage is applied to neural reflex and trigger points, like those of shiatsu and acupressure, to enhance neuromusclar interaction; it may be used to control pain and reduce neuromuscular spams
  • Deep Tissue Massage
    A type of massage in which the fingers, thumbs and elbows are used to release chronic muscle tension, using slow, deep strokes and friction; the therapist may work perpendicularly to the length of the fibers of the superficial muscles, with the intent of massaging muscle that lies underneath.
  • Swedish Massage
    The most commonly used form of classical Western massage, generally performed in the direction of the heart, sometimes with active or passive movement of the joints. it is used especially for relaxation, relief of muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and range of motion.
  • Essential Oil / Aromatherapy
    Essential oil is the pure, undiluted extract of a plant source used for its therapeutic properties such as, calming, relaxing, stimulating, digestion, and mood balancing to mention just a few. Your therapist will add your choice of oil to your session through inhalation or blending it in the massage lotion to be applied to your skin
  • Cupping Therapy
    Cupping uses suction to move the skin, tissues and muscles upwards. Cupping is an effective, non-invasive therapy. Cupping Promotes: The flow of blood to the muscles and tissues and removes stagnation, Supplies oxygen and nutrients to the cells, softens the tight muscles, lossens adhesions and knots, lifts connecting tissues, opens blockages of the lymphatic nodes and easing the flow of lymph. Cupping releases excess fluids and toxins from the tissues.
